Social, micro, and agile learning – all key to maintaining a culture of learning in an organization.

Some say, “those who can’t do, teach.” This saying does not apply to Jenny. She has had success in leading teams, as well as selling to all types of businesses. She understands the challenges business owners have in juggling various tasks they may not have encountered in a corporate job.

RIGHT SOLUTION MATTERS.

Business owners and manager’s training budgets are shrinking, while in many industries regulatory requirements for training are increasing. A training analysis drives the appropriate design for your project.
01. eLearning.

Implementing key adult learning methods, ensure your employees and clients are trained on what is important to you. eLearning content can include new hire information, software simulations, compliance, customer service, sales process, products, or any other topic that is import to your business. Maintain your courses in your Learning Management System (LMS) or your website – whichever works for you. You are the subject matter experts, let Jenny bring your content to life.

02. Instructor-Led.

There are times when the best solution is facilitated content with an instructor. In-person or virtual instructor-led training can be developed with participant-centered learning to ensure the training sticks. No one wants to sit through a painful presentation. Professionalize It can help you create engaging virtual learning sessions utilizing adult learning methodology.

03. BLENDED.

One of the most effective solutions is to take a blended approach to your learning. Providing the instruction, tools, and resources to ensure the training is effective and “sticks.”

Approach.

The course objectives will ultimately drive the design and structure of the course. However, a few guiding principles must be included in the curriculum to create impact and behavior change.

  • Learners like choices and to feel like they are in control – give the learner various opportunities to consume the content, this may include video, job aid, resource materials, and interactions.
  • There is learning in failure – provide the learning as a safe place for the learner to fail and learn from his or her mistake. Better to fail in a course than in real life.

  • Learning can be fun – implement gamification and game theory will increase learning retention.

  • Stories make the learning stick – use scenarios with interaction to have the learner apply the knowledge to really affect behavior.

  • Don’t reinvent the wheel – leverage as much quality content available.
